It's a good time to be living in San Francisco! I just wrote about the Outside Lands Music Festival going on next week, but forgot to mention next months festivities going on at Treasure Island. The Treasure Island Music Festival is happening September 20 & 21st. I've got my ticket marked for Saturday's line up with Nortec Collective, Foals, Goldfrapp, Amon Tobin, and more. Tickets are lot more affordable, with single day tickets selling for $65.00 (includes a ride from SF to Treasure Island). Anyone living in California should definitely road trip themselves to the Bay Area; it's not often you get the chance to listen to great music on an island with a perfect view of the city just across from you. Think about it, and hopefully see you there.
